Garden Water
Garden Water

How do I start a water garden?
I have a small flower garden in front of my house about 8 feet long and 7 meters wide. I wondered if I could put a small water garden in it. I tried to read some things on the web but all that reads like a foreign language and that between 2 years and my dad read me every two seconds, its kind of difficulty concentrating in a long article anyway. Just need to know how to begin.
You need something to hold water. As a half whiskey barrel, or a line preformed pond, or old bath or just a hole and put in their soft covering pond. Once you have that holds water, put some water on plants (usually available in late spring at your local garden center or store pond). Add some small fish if you like (purchased cheaply at a bait shop) or take a dunk a piece of "Mosquito", which will keep the mosquitoes breeding. (Small fish or fish do the same - as they eat the larvae hatched.) It is not rocket science. Not even need to have a pump if it is trying to raise Koi fish or other large face. I had a small pool of calm water for 20 years.
